Before the titles, Felisha is a wife and a mom. Her husband and family are at the heart of the life she has prayed for and worked to build. Success means being present for the people she loves and creating something the next generation can carry forward.
Faith is her foundation.
Felisha approaches obstacles with prayer, persistence and a willingness to look for solutions. When others see a closed door, she asks what is still possible. Her faith also finds a voice in Keys of Faith, her published book.
Family is her why.
She has described her journey as breaking chains and crossing barriers no one in her family had crossed before. The purpose was never applause. It was building the life she believed in—for herself, her husband and her family. That same conviction shapes her desire to help other families see a path forward.
Real estate is how she puts purpose to work.
Felisha is both a Texas Realtor and a Mortgage Broker, as well as a Builder, Developer and Real Estate Investor. She works to find funding solutions for every deal she takes on—including the ones that seem impossible. Her approach brings together creative finance, problem-solving and a determination to explore the options when a traditional path falls short.
DFW Flip Academy brings that experience into the room. She teaches the work behind the opportunity: finding the deal, understanding the funding, planning the renovation and choosing whether to sell or keep a property. Through coaching and mentoring, she helps learners ask better questions and take informed next steps.
Felisha and her husband, Robert Jacques, are the founders of Blitz Lending and Servicing, located in the same building as the academy. Together, their office brings property selection, funding, exit planning and loan servicing into one place—a practical expression of building with family and creating legacy.

What is the difference between coaching and mentoring?
