Do I need investing experience?
No. You can begin with questions and a goal. Tell us your experience level so we can help you explore a suitable starting point.
Is DFW Flip Academy only for house flippers?
No. The academy covers the full real estate deal journey, including finding opportunities, analyzing numbers, funding, renovation planning, exit strategies and keeping properties to build a portfolio.
Who are the classes for?
Classes are designed for new investors, active flippers who feel stuck, Realtors, working professionals, parents and anyone serious about learning the real work behind a real estate deal.
How do I find upcoming class dates?
Visit the Events page, join our Skool community or contact the academy for the current class schedule, location and enrollment details.

What is the difference between classes, coaching and mentoring?
Classes provide structured group education. Coaching is a focused conversation around a specific question or goal. Mentoring offers broader guidance across your investing journey. Contact us for current scope, terms and availability.
Are scholarships available?
Scholarship opportunities depend on current availability and eligibility. Submit an inquiry to learn about the current application process. An inquiry does not guarantee an award.
What should I bring to an in-person class?
Bring a pen, notebook and a willingness to participate. Requirements can vary by event, so always review your event confirmation for the exact schedule, policies and items to bring.
Can I record a class?
No. Photos, video and audio recordings are not permitted during class. Review the attendee agreement and event rules before attending.

Will the academy fund my deal?
DFW Flip Academy provides education and guidance. Funding inquiries are handled separately through Blitz Lending and Servicing, located in the same building.
Does joining guarantee funding, a deal or investment returns?
No. Academy participation does not promise funding, deal approval, income or investment returns. Financing is subject to availability, qualification and applicable terms.
Can I get help reviewing a deal?
Yes. Tell us where you are in the process and what you need help understanding. We can direct you toward the most suitable class, coaching conversation or funding inquiry.
What can I ask Blitz Lending and Servicing about?
You can ask about real estate project funding, exit financing, loan servicing and available support for your deal. Funding is not guaranteed.
